Led end-to-end production, overseeing creative execution, logistics, and on-site management.

Developed and directed full run of show across all program segments
Managed talent including host, DJ, performers, and designers
Coordinated AV, staging, and visual transitions with production teams
Oversaw backstage operations, timing, and cueing for fashion show segments
Led communication across stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams
Ensured seamless on-site execution of a multi-format program
